The Customer Account Logon and Business User Registration
reports are displaying statistics for typical modeled user-actions using this monitored web service. For
Mozy, agents are performing different
transactions consisting of
individual actions being consecutively executed to simulate real user
behavior.
For every hour, statistics show the number and percentage of probes that succeeded under
a user-defined threshold to complete the transaction.
The number of failed probes (i.e. when some part of modeled transaction failed to load for some reason)
are given as well. Data is presented for the previous day.
A graphical representation of
the measured data is displayed at the bottom of the page.
Please use the scrollbars to move those into the visible area of the
inner page.

Service Availability report reflect on the quality of web
services. Monitoring agents from Munich, Germany are
performing service relevant content search on Mozy website
every 10 minutes, measuring the time it takes to perform every search.

day and on hourly basis, showing both availability and average hourly
access time. Availability statistics (shown in %) is calculated basing
on how many content searches were successful during every hour. For
example if one out of six searches has failed during hourly period,
