  • Analysis and Monitoring of the mail servers. Permanent collection of and assessment of the availability and connectivity patterns for all servers and connectors, workload of the servers and connectors as well as real-time monitoring of the servers’ status.
  • Delivering daily full information on the traffic dynamics within the E-mail organization: user traffic, Internet inbound and outbound traffic, heaviest resource usage and traffic patterns by and between any user and server groups.
  • Daily analysis of all properties and contents of mailboxes, Domino databases and Exchange Public Folders. Pinpointing the heaviest and overloaded mailboxes, misused Public Folders, replication of databases and between Public Folders. Advanced analysis of the contents of mail stores – identifying of specific attachments and their location history, virus and offensive messages.
  • Business-related information based on your communication system, including knowledge discovery, project management, document propagation and usage and CRM data.
